This full-property refurbishment in London was completed over several stages, allowing us to work closely with the client to transform their home room by room. From essential construction and structural work to fine detailing and custom carpentry, the project evolved over time into a fully rejuvenated home with a cohesive, high-spec finish throughout.
The project demonstrates the breadth of our capability and the strength of our long-term client relationships – returning to improve and enhance different areas of the house as the client’s vision progressed.

Hall, Stairs & Landing
Full redecoration across circulation spaces to elevate the overall flow and continuity of the home
Electrics & Underfloor Heating
Electrical rewiring, lighting installation, and underfloor heating using block-and-beam installation for energy-efficient comfort
External Works
Landscaping works including garden patio paving and block paving at the front of the house, with thoughtful detailing around an existing tree for a smart and refined finish
Bathroom Upgrade
Modernisation of bathroom facilities with high-quality fittings and clean, timeless finishes
